black faux leather eloquii flare pants

these black faux leather pants are super cute. length is perfect on me (5'6), I would say they run a little big! they have a bit of stretch. boot cut/ flare cut the zipper sometimes has problems staying up, they came like that. idk if it's a manufacturing error or something I'm doing wrong. I wore these maybe 3 times
