black dress w/flowy skirt and floral design

An adorable dress that I’m sad to part ways with but unfortunately doesn’t fit anymore. Very tight fitting with a short skirt and cutout at the chest. Be warned- this dress definitely runs small. It’s only been worn once or twice and is still in great condition
