black and white floral halter dress

Ann Taylor Loft size 6, adorable cotton halter dress. thin tie at the neck, same material as dress. best for women with the bust to fill it out, or maybe just feels big because I'm so small at the bust! prob good for an average size 6 or 4. ties at waist with wrap-around fabric that comes from the top of the back where it zips. fully lined, just below knee length.
