Would you say this is a true small? My daughter wears a pretty solid 6 but sometimes dresses run different. Is the waist elastic?

@cagirlcloset yes i would say it is a true small, it fits me well and i fit smalls its just too long and i cant afford to shorten the dress so theres no use for it in my hands. it is elastic around the waist if you look at photo of the back of the dress youll see it looks scrunchy so itll stretch there!
