betsey johnson floral fringe tote

beautiful betsey johnson floral tote - with damage. its disintegrating. pleather is flaking away on straps and at the top of the fringe, and it looks like there is a gold metal piece missing that the other piece was supposed to lock into. interior is clean with zipper pocket, elastic pocket, and a keychain. approx 13x14". I love this bag but it's too fragile for my environment (other pleather things have wasted away in my house) hoping this can go to someone who may know how to fix it.
