belle poque floral high low skirt WITH POCKETS

it has POCKETS!!! I reeeally wanted to love this skirt but the high low style just doesn’t look good on me. I only wore it long enough to try to style it with every item in my wardrobe and just couldn’t make it work with what I own, but it is a beautiful and well made skirt, despite being an Amazon brand, Belle Poque makes really good stuff. see pics for measurements. the waist band is elastic so the measurement is the unstretched measurement
