vintage bebe blouse / fitted button up blouse / y2k collared top >button up with ruffles on the chest >3/4 sleeve 📏size xxs (also fits up to a small but please refer to measurements to ensure best fit) measurements laid flat (in”): -pit to pit/chest 15” W -shoulder to hem 21” L for reference the model has a waist 26.7 & a chest 33.86”; the top fits as shown there is two incredibly faint and small stains on the left shoulder of the top. hardly noticeable. other than there are no known flaws. this top is in good vintage condition. there are also two belt loops to add a belt if you’d like. styled with necklace and lace underneath (not included)
