bebe cocktail dress

Gently worn bebe cocktail dress. One shoulder is tank the other is a 1/2 sleeve. This would fit someone with a little bit wider hips… I am between a four and it no longer fits my hips. As you can see in the last two photos, the dress will slide down if your hips are not wide enough. Has been dry cleaned recently.
