There is a satin belt detail with square buckle attached to front (doesn't come off). there is a removable thin halter stram that can be worn with the dress, and creates a really nice neckline. or wear it without the strap for a strapless look. The body of the dress is a wool blend, no sheer to it. Thin material, form fitting, very flattering. Looks vintage to me but is about 20 years old I would guess? bust 15in waist 13 in length of side seam 33in Lightly worn, no defects, super cute.
