Bebe Long Skirt w/sheer lower, waistband w/side zipper. Front of skirt is Full length Pleats. Back of skirt is Smooth. Black Opaque inner skirt is above knee revealing sheer lower skirt. Size 8. Beautiful. Worn 1x. Excellent condition. I am a size 6 and this fits very well. Length is approximately 42”. Taller women ( 5’8”- 5’11) will not have to adjust hemline.
