backless v-neck frill mini dress

speckled black and white mini dress with a deep v-neck in the front and an open back! the waist has seams to cinch it in and bottom flows perfectly. Size M from forever21, I'm a size small but I use a mini hair tie to connect the straps in the back and then it fits me perfectly and i actually prefer the way the straps look!! you can also wear them straight down or criss-crossed. such a flattering dress and perfect for birthdays, holidays, date nights etc. great condition!
