Brand New, with tags, however, I do see some minor discoloration in multiple spots both on the front and back. I’m not sure if it will come out when you wash. But want to be completely honest. I couldn’t really capture the discoloration perfectly in the pictures no matter how I tried! It’s just so sweet an outfit not to try washing.
