I purchased at King of Prussia in PA. receipt will Not be sent with purchase as it has personal info on it. but all other items in photos will be sent with your purchase. I love these shoes but only wore them One time Inside Not out doors. I find that I can not longer where "high heels" as they bother my legs. What a shame!!!
