art Fashion Brand Tooled Leather? Satchel Purse

This purse is marked clearly art Fashion on the front but I've had some difficulty finding another like it. The bag is not marked leather however the tooling makes me wonder if it might be. Very nicely made with large zippered pocket inside. There is no long strap and the hand strap has a removable covering. Love the hardware on this purse. Measures 10 inches wide by 7 inches tall
