No tags attached, but brand new, recently purchased and never opened nor used. Great for gel manicure or pedicure. Selling because I found out I am allergic to more than just HEMA in gel polish, sadly. I paid more than the listing price ($27) due to shipping, taxes and fees, so I can't go too low on price.
