apostrophe stretch pants size 14

NWT apostrophe stretch wide leg pants size 14.it states stretch, but there isn't any in the waist. more in the legs. has a band of gold band of beading on outside of pants. color is off white/cream one mark on pants and top beading Is missing 2. see pics 17 inch waist 10 inch rise 32 inch inseam 12.5 inch flare/leg opening measurements taken while garment line flat in our approximate ref:cl8
