antique/vintage victorian gold & black enamel filigree brooch/collar bar

this victorian bar pin has a beautiful, dimensional design and a very pretty floral filigree pattern. there is some wear to the enamel but there is also quite a lot of it left to create a lovely contrast with the gold. it closes with a simple clasp that resembles the letter “c” which is in good shape for its age and closes well. it's approximately 1-3/4” long and about 1/2” at its widest point. weighs about 6 grams. no hallmarks. these pins are commonly made from a low carat gold or gold filled but without testing i can't be sure-- i don't want to make any assumptions. could be brass as well. feel free to ask any questions or request more photos! xx note: i live with cats and even though i store all items in bins away from them and wipe down or lint roll each item before sending it out (material permitting), please use discretion if you have severe allergies. not sure if this would be an issue with jewelry but it bears mentioning nonetheless :)
