This stunning vintage natural Kashmir 2.6 carat sapphire and 1.5 carat diamond ring. It is 18 karat yellow gold with a custom adjustable band which snaps open and snaps closed to help get the ring over your knuckle and keep it secure when you're wearing it. Approximately size 5 when closed and will fit over a size 7 knuckle when open.
