antique hand carved TEMPLE DOG wood statue

Antique hand carved wood TEMPLE DOG statue. Beautiful little piece, origin unknown, has light traces of original paint. Piece is in VERY GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION, but does show signs of wear including a piece broken from tail, another piece missing from back of the head and a very small piece chipped away from one side. I purchased this item in an auction so don't know any details of it's origin except that i've had it for about 30 years. MEASUREMENTS 8w x 4d x 12h
