The quarter sleeves have a beautiful strap lined in navy that buttons. Jacket also has pockets with navy buttons. You could easily dress this up or down. Shell is 59% cotton. 41% rayon. Lining is 100% polyester. Machine washable. Only worn a few times. Excellent condition.
