in excellent condition no holes no stains has the tie around rope/ belt floral lace cold shoulder / off shoulder the side at bottom come down a little longer the the rest of the dress. has black under skirt or layer. summer dress sun dress size 14 which belive is a medium to large this dress is more of a small pit to pit measurement is 14 inches . waist measurement is 12 inches height from top of chest not including straps down. is 28 inches if you'd like to know how low the sides come down they go down to 34 inches . I couldnt find the size on the chart so I put medium.
