Fitness set includes 3 DVDs in the Total Body Transformation set plus 2 extra DVDs; Are You Ready to Party Live?, and Zumba Fitness Live! & Flat Abs. The last 2 DVDs have never been used and are still wrapped in plastic. The original set has been used, but not much. I decided I was way too uncoordinated and didn’t need to embarrass myself anymore.
