Zum Zum Red Maxi Dress

Red maxi dress labeled with Zum Zum tag. Thrifted but didn't fit well. Says it's a size 3-4 No Stretch. I think it would fit someone slimmer than me. Crinkles around my waist & hips. It was already missing a string in the back, so I temporarily replaced it w/ a ribbon for reference only. I'll remove it before delivery. I hope someone else can appreciate it in my place!
