Zum Zum 80s/90s Vintage Red Satin Off-the-Shoulder Party Dress In wonderful vintage condition with one small hard-to-notice stain included in my photos. Has boning and crinoline petty coat connected on the interior. Cute accent bows connected to each shoulder. Made in USA. Tag says this dress is a size 11/12 but please see my measurements below.
