Zulily Velvet look Jacket

34 inches from shoulder to bottom of jacket. Soft velvet look and very stretchy. Bought on zulily brand is not showing. Worn 1 time. I brought it and it was too big for me. No closure, just slip on with 2 pockets. Fits XL better. More like a 12/14.
