@aprilsmapril Sorry for the late response, but we finally got to measure them for you. The waist is elastic with a drawstring and the flat measurement is 12" wide but with the elastic waist they stretch up to 17" wide. Lol it's hard to give a correct measurement when they stretch. We would say they would fit up to a size 10. And the inseam is 31" long. If u have any more questions please ask! Thanks!!

@latina500 They have a elastic band and material of pant isn’t a stretchy material it has lace in the front and then the other is crinkled sheer material then you have a liner that is stretchy and has a very comfy feel!
