I think it is. I wear Sz 10 and bust measures 38” and it’s not tight. I’ve taken a few pics hope they help. Lmk if you’d like more info. I know it’s not easy deciding if something will fit when buying online!

I also measured myself pit to pit and I’m 22”. The pictures seem like it’s black but it’s a very dark navy blue.
