Zoids Grounchar Action figure model kit #051

From the 2002, an action figure model kit from Hasbro. This one is number 051 GROUNCHAR. These were all the rage there for a while. Has instructions and all of the parts and stickers inside box. Sandbag barricade is missing at the moment, but am searching for it and confident it will be located soon. This is for children eight and older. It does have small parts. There is a little tear in graphics on the side and top of the box, please see last pictures.
