These boots are marked as a USA Sz9. I had to hand write in the size after the paper sticker that originally came on the boots fell off. Unfortunately, there are no stamped size marking on the boots.

Condition:
These beautiful boots are not new, but very well maintained and broken in! They do have some minimal light scuffing and/or color discoloration on the leather near the pointed toe area. See photos. (Right foot) The heels/outer soles are in excellent to great condition. You can tell they have been worn from the scuffs on the outer soles, but looks like only a few times wear.
