This is a work of art! The construction and fabric are exquisite. No size or fabric tags, but it feels like fully lined silk. Woven fabric is the base and the cuffs and peplum are a beautiful pleated silk. Collar, back center placket, and waist trim matte silk. Lined in black (also feels like silk). 3 hook/eye closures at front waist. Probably a size 4. Measurements are approximate and measured flat: Armpit to Armpit: 17" Arm from shoulder seam: 23" Waist: 14" Peplum: 6.5" Back from neck: 23.5"
