@bethany_tully Hi there! It depends on what is comfortable for you, I guess. They have a small platform, so that absorbs more shock than heels without. However that also means the soles aren’t really flexible. I bought them because the multiple straps help to distribute the pressure, so there isn’t just one strap that is digging in. When I wore them, I added ball of foot pads, which I do to all of my heels as a performer (I’m up dancing and singing). I hope some of that helps!
