Brand new, has never been worn Colombian waist trainer. Mocha color waist trainer size XL, fits like a Large(because of high compression I believe that even a size large can wear this.) It’s best to guide yourself by weight. If you are closer to 190lbs this maybe too tight and a bit of a struggle to put on(it also depends were you carry most of you weight as well). This trainer offers high compression to really snatch that waist line and is recommended to wear up to 8hrs a day every day in order to see results. Please remember waist trainers are supposed to be hard to put on, so be patient.
