sassylass25 @klgangi hi sorry for the delayed response. The measurements are 13 1/2” across the bust, 17 1/2” from waist to hem, 27” from top to hem. The back of the top is smocked so there is stretch and the straps are adjustable. The material is not listed on the garment but I think it is either rayon or cotton. It is very soft flowy material. The measurements were taken with the garment laying flat.
