The tiles have both images and the words making it perfect for a non-reader or beginning reader. The box says ages 4 and up. This toy looks brand new. All of the pieces and parts have no damage, creases, dints, or dings. We LOVE this game and are only selling this one because we bought the Sight Words addition. This game is great for all ages and is fun even for adults. It really spans ages. The loader device works smoothly and there is no issue. This game really looks like new.
