Beautiful enamel buttons are functional so can wear with naru style collar closed or undo buttons and wear open collar. Skirt made with inset panels so full and flippy skater style. Lantern sleeves. Worn once in like new condition. Says size 3. I wear a size 6 and it’s loose. Would definitely fit an 8 or can cinch in belt for a 4. I’m 5’8”
