I only wore it once and without the tutu, but if you like a little bit of fluff, you can wear it underneath, it’s a separate piece. The last picture is the one with the tutu. It’s an extremely well-made, intricately embroidered and fine linen dress. It’s also very lightweight. Also comes with a separate liner dress.
