Flounce top detail and ruffle hem. Thick black and white vertical stripe pattern. 100% linen. Perfect for a beach vacation, cruise, or even just a warm day! Please note this is missing the tie belt that is shown in the stock photos, however could be easily worn without the belt for a loose, swingy style or add your own belt to it.
