kimsklothes @travelgoddess1 Hi there, I measured the hat for you & it measures 22" to the best of my ability. Hats are difficult to measure. This is a fitted hat so it has 3% spandex & the band is very stretchy. It was my adult sons hat & I tried it on my head & it fit me fine also. It's in great condition he just cleaned out things & I had bought it for him because his name is Patrick thus the shamrock.
