Zelie for she Matching set shirt and skirt 1X

Zelie for she matching set (shirt and skirt) Top is Vneck w tie detail and bell sleeves. Skirt is 2 tiered with elastic waist. Size is a 1 in this brand which is equivalent to a 14/16. It can accommodate an 18 as material has a lot of strech. I wear 16 top and 18 bottom and I wear this comfortably. This can also be purchased as separately (please see other posts) Only worn a few times, in excellent condition.
