wowz Yes they are stretch! I'm about 5'2 and it's just a little long to where I could fold it up maybe 2 inches....I could measure it for you when I get home. Also due to the fact they were a little longer for me, the very bottom has minimal small rips, I will put up a picture in around 3 hours for you!

wowz @tita2506 measured from the top of the jeans to the bottom about 37". Added a picture collage showing one small rip on each backside of the bottom, but besides that the rest of the leg looks good :)
