raquelita1030 @mimilv Hey. USPS tracking shows it is out for delivery in Las Vegas as of 02/26 8:32AM. Unfortunately, the tracking information provided by USPS is all the information I have. They do not provide sellers any additional information then what’s available with the tracking number. I’m sorry about that.

raquelita1030 @mimilv And I see that it is taking unusually long to deliver. It was shipped on the 23rd and USPS normally delivers within 2-3 business days. I would try to contact Poshmark support and see if maybe they have any additional information.

raquelita1030 @mimilv Hey. You would have to contact Poshmark and notify them that you did not receive your package. I will notify them as well. Unfortunately, I can not process a refund since all transactions go through Posh.

raquelita1030 @mimilv I agree it’s not your fault but I’m human and sometimes do make mistakes. The order you received was for the customer who has your shoes. Unfortunately, she was dishonest and just claimed she didn’t receive her order and kept the shoes while receiving a refund. I didn’t know that this happened until just now when I read your message.

raquelita1030 @mimilv I still have a 39 in stock which is an 8 so after you contact Poshmark, they will provide you a return label and once the refund has been processed, you can purchase the 8 if you’d like. I’m sorry but that’s the best I can do. I understand I made a mistake and you’re upset but there’s only so much I can do since everything is done through Posh and their terms.

raquelita1030 @mimilv They sent me an email asking that I ask the buyer to contact Posh directly. They sent it this morning. I’m surprised you haven’t received a response yet. I would try contacting them again just in case.
