Zara pleated high waisted midi skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pineapple1012. Paid $40 but unfortunately the seller failed to mention there is damage on the waistline, some of the seam is coming apart. If you plan on wearing it with a top that covers the waistline, great buy for cheap. I planned on wearing it with a crop top, which just won’t do.
