Zara over the knee pull on Ivory boots size 38

New never used, with tags Zara pull on boots. Color is Ivory (see last picture for contrast against white paper for true color. Is size 38 but fits like a 7.5 U.S. size. Real leather. My calves are 16.5” circumference and these would not go up to save my life so they are definitely smaller than 16” circumference. Last photo is a similar style currently for sale at Zara for $249!!!
