Zara fringes tweed tartan -esque Skirt

Barely worn! New condition! Super cute for the holidays. See last picture for more detail. Size small. Would fit an XS-S. About five inches above the knee. High waisted. Adorable with tights and boots. More info: I don’t have a tape measurer & was difficult with the ruler. Instead, check out the last pic comparing a size 25 jeggings to the skirt. Skirt size is comparable to a size 25-26. Length wise it is 15 in.; however, it is supposed to sit above your belly button (see fourth photo).
