like new conditions. (new without a tag) the color is not white!! it's between cream or light tan color. with other muilt colors. the belt is red green and brown. very good quality belt . you also can use it as a scarf. with an attached belt. you can wear it with pants / dress , or just wear it as a short dress (for petite size ladies, look good on with very short shorts , will be just like you are wear a short dress . very cute .)
