margaret7890 @denisebritton hello! Thanks for your interest. I just saw this after I left for work so I will get the measurements either tonight or tomorrow. If I remember, the waist didn’t have a lot of stretch, but I will double check that. 😃

margaret7890 @denisebritton the waist lying flat is 16 inches! There is very little give in the skirt - either the waist or the rest of it. I hope this helps! I’ve posted pictures of the measurements as well 😊
