I was wearing some thick leggings under so it looks more fitted on me. I measured the pants with the measuring tape as best as I could. Says it's b/w 28.5-29 Item may come wrinkled. To get rid of wrinkles just wet the dress, and put in dry on “air dry” in the dryer.
