New without tag. polyester/elastane. Awesome statement turtleneck with V-neck cut out chest and mock neck line. Size is XL but runs very small, looks like it fits a 10 best. Measurements: 20.5 inches from shoulder to hem, bust 17 inches at rest, stretches up to 19 inches
