Zara blue rain coat

This is a gorgeous rain coat. I bought it a year ago, but it still has the tags on. There was absolutely no reason for me to buy this rain coat, since I live in San Diego and it doesn’t rain that much. It is a size S, but it can also fit someone who is a size M.
