Zara bright blue and pink hand tie dyed blouse. Tie back, flared sleeve, keyhole front. A really pretty top with a dreamy color pattern. Because this was tie dyed by hand, there are some inconsistencies in the tie dye that could look like stains, but are not. They arent super noticeable when worn, but something to note.
